As the ground war approaches one week and with all the TV coverage, I have a question. Could the second world war been cover in the same way as this war? With all the arm chair generals and everything I still think most people watch this as a video game. Remember Iraq is the size of Calif. US troops total 200,000. The United States entered the war in Dec.1941. It lasted 3 1/2 years. Millions severed and many thousands died.The entire world was a battlefield. Could any of us had watched that every night?
