For those that didn't make the connection, Sahib posting the ad-placer information is using an ISP in New Delhi called Spectranet.

I have the ability to filter access to this posting board using IP address information. I can take out a specific person i.e. 203.26.58.10 (also known as a "conventional weapon") or the whole address range i.e. 203. (also known as a "Weapon of Mass Destruction" ).

In this case, since I'm pretty sure we don't have anyone in New Delhi.... I'm taking out the entire address range (203.).

India is one of many countries these days that are the culprites behind a lot of this crap. The ideas originate here in the U.S. then we pay them a few bucks an hour to push it out to everyone from a foreign country.

They must be very bored to manually type in a message about this crap on our board. Either that or we are well known in India ???

At any rate, they are toast now.
