Ok Ladies,

I have migrated the photos from the old albums over to the new database. You can view this as you like, feel free to play around. If you have suggestions drop them to me in an email.

PLEASE - Register and sign in. YOU MUST CREATE A NEW ID and PASSWORD for this Database. This will not be the same one you are currently using to post messages on the Posting Board. If you are only going to "browse" then don't worry about it. If you want to leave comments, upload photos etc, you will need to register.

If you are going to upload photos, upload them to the "Categories" I have created. If you need a new Category created i.e. like Eugene Carroll's under the "Personal Albums" Category then drop me an email and I will create one for you.

I have implemented some safegaurds to keep people from uploading enormous files to the site. Please stay BELOW these limits:

- MAX Upload File Size - 100kb
- MAX Photo Dimension 1024 x 768
- MAX space per Registered User 1024kb

My recommendation is that you resize your photos to no more than 400 pixels high x 600 pixels wide (most of the photos on the site now are under this). Then compress them. If these are pictures or scans of pictures your best compression and quality is going to come from .jpg file format. The final result should be a nice quality image .jpg file under 40kb in size.

You have the ability to do some of the following as a registered user:

- Add comments to photos
- Add photos to the site
- Create your own personal albums from photos already on the site (save pictures you like in your own album).

This site also allows you to do searches so if you upload photos make sure you put in search information.

There are other features that I may "turn up" in the future. Right now this ought to enough to keep you guys busy thinking for a bit.
