I mentioned the Gators poolhall/bar/restaurant here by Potomac Mills- just a thought, but it seems sorta centrally located for the proponderence of us, and it's three minutes off I95. They do private parties, and the aromas from the kitchen are mighty nice.

I can get a menu and see about posting it here.
also, I think they still have a website- lemme check.

Another thought comes to mind- if anyone is interested- mebbe a campout thing a la Huey's place. There are a few Park system sites not too far from here, from Quantico, to Prince William Forest Park, to one in the foothills of the Blue Ridge right off Route 50. I'm open to suggestions.
UI'm not quite as weel- equipped as Bro Tom Palmer, but I get by... got three campstoves,
a gas cooker/crabpot/deep-fryer, and can get a HUGE BBQ grill...

Except for the Columbia guy, you and Merv Olive are the furthest from here- he's about 1/2 hour west of Fredericksburg, so that's about 1.5 hours'
drive. Also, there are plenty of nice accommodations within minutes of Gators.

Well, now, I guess that sorta beats 50%, now dudnit??? I even surprise myself from time to time...
