Adding info to photos

Sorry folks for not being available the last couple of days....

Paul, and anyone else, to add information to your photos you need to log in to the photo database first. You can do this my clicking the "login" at the top of the screen (located next to "home" "register" "profile")

Once you have done this, any photo that belongs to you (was uploaded with your ID) will have the option to edit it.

Once you click on the photo to view a large version of it, click on the "Edit Photo" link located by the bottom right corner of the picture. This will give you the following abilities:

- You can rotate the photo CW and CCW

- You can flip the photo horizontal and vertical

- You can change the category it is displayed in

- You can edit the Photo Title (if you haven't done this the photo title will be the name of the file you uploaded)

- You can enter "key words". These are VERY
important especially since we have so many photos. Key Words should be words, seperated by commas, that someone may type in to search for a photo such as that particular one you are editing. Example: If the photo is a picture of Gator 297, then keywords should include Gator, 297, Martin, Billy, Eddie, etc....

- You can enter Photo description which gives people an ide of when, where the photos was taken etc.

When you are done making changes, make sure to click the "submit changes" button at the bottom of the page.

Any other questions just ask... - Mark

P.S. Tom / Lumpy, thanks for the help, ya done good.. :-)
