Guys, Gals, need some help here. For those of you who have worked with the VA and other sources.... what are the chances we can start working on something to get Vets access to the internet cheaply (or dare I say free). Seems to me these sites have been as helpful as some of the programs out there to help Vets re-unite and work out issues.

Any thoughts on the best way to attack this issue and get someone interested in supporting a program for this ? Maybe Bill Gates can drop a few Billion into this ??
