Bob, Quite is nice, but boom is much more effective I know, I had to go boom once in 1979. they still talk about it. most didn't know it was me.when they talk about it today. almost lost my job but was worth it as now the bully is gone and we don't have to look over our shoulders.. not too proud of that point in my life but some times a man has to do what a man has to do.. mellow yellow for now..
