If they pay one damned dime to the commies before they've accounted for every prisoner they were known to hold in Laos,Vietnam and Cambodia the judge, jury and all associated with it should be jailed or shot!.
As far as I am concered those bastards collected any debt they were owed when they and their puppets murdered over 2 million people after the war in SE asia. I will raise internet and newspaper hell with ANY official I find supporting this outrage.
