Bob,

Please tell Jim and all of those guys Thank you, for giving me the chance to do that. Of all of the things I could have ever dreamed of being able to do to give recognition to Marty and the others who never came home, this exceeded them all. Thank you Bob for all you have done to make this happen.

The man who wrote that email was Gary Yeck Bob. He and Marty were in the same class together at Wolters and maybe Rucker.

He was standing beside 091, looking through the right side door window when Marty and I walked up. He was the only one there, just enough room to his left for Marty and I to look in too. I was telling Marty that we were going to put our patch inside the Helicopter later on. Gary turned and looked at me and asked If I was putting a patch inside. I said yes and looked down at the patch as I told him that it was for my Brother. He followed my eyes to the patch, and saw Marty's name, it took the wind right out of him Bob. He asked me if Martin Gehring Given was my brother, I told him yes and he told me about knowing him and having gone to flight school with him. It shook us both up, I'm still in disbelief..

Very nice guy Bob. He works right across the mall in one of the brick buildings. He was in his office when 091 came through and he came down to see it.

He has a class picture with Marty in it. Said it has some wear but he was going to get it repaired in the future. Said he would get me a copy of it when he did.

I gave him the URL to the site, hopefully he will stop in and say hi.

It was a good day Bob. The kind that wears you out emotionally, and changes you in little ways.
