Stephanie, I went through the same thing in 1989, my dad was in Fayetteville, Ar. V.A. hospital,130 miles away, My two brothers had no time to go see their dad, my Sister went two time in a year, me, I went every Sunday, no matter what, now I have no regrets about that year or the time I spent with DAD, now my older sister and two younger brothers are mad at me cause they didn't take the time to see him, and I did, I think they are really mad at themselves, see I have wonderful memories of the last few years and they don't, guilty conscience I guess, so what I tring to say is, you are the winner in this, your brother will have lost, so keep making memories with your Dad, you will be very glad you did...
