Looking back on history, at least the lying Japanese hit our military might and not our population. The Al Quida hit a soft civilian target, and they keep going for the underbelly. Maybe we need to terrorize the bejezus out of them by striking their soft targets. We know many of their names, we should take their families, make them fear our intentions.
