If fault is to be assessed, then I will take the blame. I tried to teach everyone in the aircraft to work with each other so that the team could function without time consuming discussions when we were in a bad situation. I learned from Carrigan, Mason, Williams, Pearson, and others, I just continued to pass the information along. The good part is I had a lot of good people to learn from and we had a lot of good people who were willing to learn.
