Sorry to hear that you won't be able to make it this year, I was looking forward to your visit. I wish you all the good fortune in the world on your move, may it be a smooth one. As for the new "above ground bunker", make sure that you have a good burm around it, and a solid roof(don't forget to stock it well). The incoming can be disasterous when the boss finds out what you have been saying about her, or the other members of this site start lobbing bombs at you.
