I just called Jim to see what he could say to make me blush,(besides simply saying blush). He wanted to know how come Gene would answer my emails and no one else's. Simple, I emailed his boss. One of my emails to Gene came back that he is out of the office, and that if needed I could contact the main office. So I did. I sent an email as to how I could get in touch with Gene. The next day I received a reply to my email from Gene. I think it is the mother in me to figure out what buttons to push to get results.
