I just spoke with Paul Sr. for about 30 minutes, and Gee-whillikers...!

at Physical Therapy (he just returned to his room)- Paul stood on his right leg, assisted, three times- for about 20 seconds, 30 seconds, and 45 seconds, in pain, but tolerating it... !

He's feeling much better, resting better, and taking a bit of solid food ( uh, Wolverine ??)
I'll bet Paul would enjoy roadkill by now.
Paul visited today for the first time since the incident with Damon, for about 1/2 hour, and they were very happy to see each other. Sr. says they compared notes on the incident, and found that Paul was hit first, and the LT's Stryker was maneuvered into position to protect and provide covering fire when the RPG struck an open hatch,
then Damon's Left side. The hatch likely kept him with us.

Damon continually improves, and looks better.
I have no specifics, but there is no bad news!

Paul Sr. says that they have had 18 family visitors so far, and Paul's sister, Jamie, her husband Steve and their four kids are expected Saturday.
