That's a picture of a young Jack Heslin when he was on his first tour in the 119th. I saw him this year at the VHPA reunion in Dallas and gave him a Gator coin. Jack was in some deep hocky in the easter invasion back in 72 and wrote a nice book. It is published on the internet at
