Yes, she's on the list. But the day I found out about her, I had literally just walked over from the Command Suite having made a complaint about the lady at the desk on the oncology floor. I figured 2 formal complaints within an hour of each other might make me look like a whiner.

The lady at oncology just has a bad attitude and feels the need to lecture my dad about something every Monday when we show up for chemo. We complained to the doc about her before, but her attitude never changed. Last Monday she just pushed it a little too far for me, so I started raising hell. I will take care of the lying b*tch at the VA next week.

It's really sad to think that this is the response I get being a lawyer. When I think of all of the vets in this area who are routinely ignored, patronized, pushed aside, etc. it really infuriates me. I'm thinking about contacting my congressman. He was elected largely because of his military experience, and his promises to help the vets. He's pretty open to complaints & such about the VA, so I might give him a try. Even if he is a Democrat.
