if they cut off one more head the world needs to condemn, I have not seen that from the UN, where are they??? or are we the only ones that have to play by the moral rules.. no Lumpy I think now is the time as we do not have to ask permission, It is our civilians that being disfigured, mutilated not the military, Fallugha,Sadar,najaf and the rest of the strong holes should see the shock and awl.. do it first then ask forgiveness, it's easier than asking permission..
