I'm getting a bit nervous about what appears to be inadequate support for Dubya. No, he's not perfect, but he's smart and doing what I feel is (mostly) the right thing. He's definitely, compared to the alternative, our only hope right now.

It came very close to a donnybrook yesterday at work when a co-worker got loudly vulgar and personally abusive with me (I'll leave it at that) over Kerry, when I mentioned that "JFK" had lied on my Brothers, colluded with the enemy, and was a Commie. I invited him outside, but he went to the john instead, and never came outside. I have about a half-dozen witnesses.

Even at 57, I'd have dropped him like a bad transmission.
