I think we all have a fair perspective. I believe GW is the best man between him and Kerry, as Kerry absolutely sucks. Now, do I believe either one of them is the BEST man for the job? No way. There's at least a dozen better, but they don't want the job. The media has made sure of that over the past 20 or 30 years. Sometimes we get caught up the moment and we forget that all Vietnam Vets aren't good people. All the guys in the 119th weren't good people either. We were just in a fortunate situation where most of them were, and we tend to allow that to skew our thoughts about other vets. The 119th was exceptional. Just look at the number of us on this site, yet that's a very small percentage of the unit. You couldn't organize all Nam Vets to agree on politics anymore than you can get all Americans to agree. That's why we're so great, and that's what guys like us fight for,as well as our sons in Iraq, but Doc's absolutely right. We need to take our country back, before we can't anymore. It was never intended to governed by professional politicians.
