na-aaaaah, BT- it is Huey's list. I looked over every entry right after I got it, and thrilled every time I saw anyone anywhere near "local"... and I called just about every one (thought I'd called John Martin before, but apparently not..)
he HAS been in touch with TomF, and in fact, John and his Mrs. went to the Crystal Hilton in Arlington last year for the VHCMA/1st Cav get-togethers, but found none of us, regrettably.

I just wish I'd touched base with Gomer when I got the list from Huey... the name "Whited" stuck in the back of my mind from a day in 80 or 81 when I met him at Fort Blister and found he was 119th... but I lost the connection until this past Spring, when I saw the name again on Dave's list and buzzdimup.
