I was informed in late October that the Museum board refused to accept my resignation and that I had been elected to another 3 year term. I may be an old crumudgen but folk know where I stand, and I fight hard for my beliefs. And in Texas, that's not all bad.
I guess I will have to stop campaigning for an independent Texas and get back to work.
I should have known better than to lose faith in the good sense of the people of America. California and Mass. makes that hard sometimes.
Now we need to get to work and win a war.
