From the e-mail I received from Dave, he has sent packages to Adam Henderson, Paul Harris, Adam Schoeneck and Cody Helmuth. I have sent to Gordon Day and Eric Sabin. My next two victims will be Duane Thomas and Anthony Perry.

I'm not worry about sending something which might have pork in it. My only concern was sending something like "Spam" and having the entire platoon showing up on my front door ready to "Frag" me. I ate enough "Spam" during my tour that it hasn't been allowed in my home since. I think the big thing is a bible or some other religious items. We wouldn't want to offend our pagon host. Why a country who has yet to accomplish the art of in-door plumbing could be offended by a picture of Jesus is beyond me. I guess they will just have to deal with a little pig meat until our guys accomplish their mission there.

My wife has also gotten her church group involved in a letter writting campaign. We went to Target and got stationary and envelops in those small packages and placed two names of each of the platoon in them. We will collect the letters each Sunday and send them out. I am going to to talk to my granddaugter's school about doing the same. I hope to keep this going long past the holidays.
