On the down hill side for this weekend. Talked to the Lumpest yesterday. He will provide me ground transportation from airport. He is the "Man" in DC. With a little luck we should get to hotel around 2:00 pm. I bought new underwear and have a working knowledge of my wife's fancy camera so I think I'm all set.

Finally hooked-up with Mike Cece and we are doing lunch tomorrow. This should be good. Haven't seen Mike since Oct. 1968. Wedensday I am headed over to my granddaughter's middle school for their Veteran's Day assembly. She conned me into giving a speech and thank God for Bob K. who sent me his speech from a few years ago. Pray I don't have a brain melt down. The last time I gave a speech was in high school and I think I got a "D" on that.

Better get going and do something before my sister fires me. Way to busy this week to do silly stuff like working. Can't wait till Thurday. This is almost like reaching DEROS.
