Seriously, I think it is demeaning to the troops and hurts morale to have reporters second guessing their actions.
I say do lile we did in WW2. If the reporter violates the censor review rules then he is held accountable. Depending on the seriousness of the breach, he could be tried by tribunal for treason.
Worked then. It will work now.
