I think that would have been a waste of good film. The only thing which would have come of that it would continue to fuel the fire in each of us. We live in a "ME" world and will continue until our children and grandchildren learn the values which our parents taught us.

The powers that be, will continue regardless of what we say. If the heat get to high they will just scrap the display and claim it as another victory for their side. Regardless of what they think, I believe that most people are smarter then that.

I have been invited to my graddaughter's school to talk to their history classes about Vietnam. The teacher has given me a list of questions which the students are going to ask. Not one asked about the anti-war movement. You can't bulls--t kids. They understand and maybe with a little luck the hippees, yippees and others will soon become the small print in our history. I know that they aren't going away but at least they are becoming less of a factor then they were a few years ago.
