I nixed your upload, it wasn't any good for posting. Not sure what happened with it, did you scan 4 photos at one time or something ? You should do them individualy and make them about 600 x 400 or less. Create them as .jpg files and compress them between 70% to 80%. This should give you a file size of less than 70k with pretty good quality still.

Give it another shot and let me know....
