For those coming to Rolling Thunder....

I just reserved a room at the Virginian Suites (same place as Veterans Day) for May 27th and 28th. Suites with 2 beds are $99.00 a night with AAA membership. These are pretty nice rooms and are just down the road from the south Pentagon Parking Lot where the Rolling Thunder Rally stages. They are also very close to everything else going on so it's a good place to stay.

Plan right now is to go down on Friday with Rolling Thunder National. I don't know yet if I will be working the parking lot or what but for Saturday at least, it sounds like we will have plenty of time to see a few things in DC. Let me know who's coming and where you'll be staying and we will make plans.... My friend Billy and will be heading back to NJ Sunday afternoon.

If your planning on staying at a hotel in the area, don't wait to make reservations. By the second week of February they will be sold out.
