You know, it use to be in NJ that certain jobs weren't called for Jury Duty. Police Officer was one of them. Now adays, everyone gets called and you know damn well there isn't an attorney anywhere in the US that is going to want a cop in the jury box. So you get called and you go in and sit through 2 or 3 days of selection before the defendant's attorney says "Judge, we would like to remove Juror # blah blah.." and they let you go. How stupid is that.....
