No argument from me! I was in Rock Springs (known locally as Rockburg) from summer of '76 to early fall of '77; had an apartment near the top of the hill on the SE part of town, with a west-facing bedroom window. All winter, I had to keep sweeping sand off the windowsill and the floor underneath. In the Spring, I removed the inner window pane, and got 2 cups of sand out of the space between it and the outer thermal pane. You live down there, and got a car or truck more than 8-9 years old, you got an unpainted bare-metal vehicle. Not my favorite place. Sara's not to bad, tho.
