Bob,

I remember Jim's brother coming up to Holloway in mid 1968. Jim had to sign a waiver to allow him to go home. Something about brothers serving in Nam at the same time and the one that was there first would be the one sent home unless they waved that right.

About nine months later he asked to come to Nam and ended up in the 119th. I can't remember his name but I know he was there before we moved to An Khe in July of 1969. Jim was assist platoon sgt. by then and I asked why his brother came back and Jim just said, "Why do any of us ask to stay in this dump?"

I will fire a note off this evening and hope to get an answer.
