Thanks for the info Bill. I just got back and have everything ready to go for the roofing. I may end up getting a contractor since it doesn't look like I'm going to get another week to go up there any time soon.

They've got a new underlayment out called tri-flex. It's equal to the 30# felt paper but is more like a light weight rubber (not as heavy as the ice & water shield). This looks to be a lot easier to get on the roof than felt paper, just from a weight perspective (rolls are real light). The metal roofing I looked at had a powder coating, about 12 colors to choose from. They go down with screws that have washers. Pretty slick. I do have some roof lines that come together in a starnge way that would be a little tricky I think (I'll throw a couple of pictures up soon). Well, like I said, probably won't be my problam anyway.....
