Ron I had just arrived at Holloway about this time as I got in-country about 12th or 13th of May. From Bien Hoa up the coast to Pleiku, was first assigned to 545th trans detachment and in Nov. got to go out on a mission as a door gunner, a milk run if memory serve me correct.only out a half day, after that I knew I had to be a crew chief..thanks for bring back some memories as I have forgot or put in the back of my pea size brain the events we had over there..
