Got back into town about 5:00pm. Had a great time as usual. The bass were in 45 feet of water hangin in their comfort zone at about 25 feet. Rubber worms on a slow drop nailed they every time. My grandson (5) pick-up several with the biggest one pushing three pounds.

Had a great visit with Paul. Spent a couple of hours swapping lies. There were 60,000 plus vets raising hell in Branson this past week. Don't know if the organizers made money but most of the guys I talked to were having a great time. Played golf twice and got paired up with some great guys.

Couldn't talk Carla into getting into the Huey but I just had to take a ride. The only thing missing was my flight helmet. I told the guys in the ground crew to loss the brass bags on the sixties. Damn things were only good for jamming the weapon. Flew left side in my old seat and it was great!

It will take me a week to read all the posting. The little guys have one more week of baseball and maybe after that I can catch up. Better get going and finish unpacking. The grine start again tomorrow. Cut grass, etc etc etc.
