Stephanie, I too have bad memories of the time of year, My mother passed away on 9/12/75 she was a young 51, then my dad passed away in the VA hospital in Fayetteville Ar. 9/11/89, he was a young 67, he was a WWII vet, now, what I do this time of year is celebrate, that's right, I celebrate their lives and remember all they taught me about life and living, yes, sometimes it hurts real bad to lose them so young, but I know deep down they would not want me to give up and whither away in sorrow for them, I am taking all the wisdom they gave me and passing it on to my children and grandchildren, as a legacy to my parents. Some day we will all met in the great behond. with that said Stephanie, we all will miss GOMER very much, until then. lots of hugs for you and yours ... Paul sr
