Droopy, Now I know why you and I never knew each other. We may have met in passing but basically Raleigh had less than 3 weeks to go when he died. I think you'd been in the unit just a week or so when they went down. Most likely you were at Dak to. The day after the crash, Brady Burch and I went to Siagon to get General Seniff's old C model to convert to a replacemt gunship. That took 3 or 4 days because the right cyclic had to be replaced by the maint folks in siagon. I Got back to Holloway with less than 2 weeks to go. Basically cleared the hangars of my work, turned over the property book to the new guy, took my 6 day drop and left for the coast.
