I've met Sam. H4e's one of my heros and he helped us with 091 and launched it on it's journey to the smithsonian. I talked to a PA. friend who said that old marine colonel "has been there too long" and should retire. and that friend is from his district. My bet is he will retire. (possibly with a pocket full of money from the Soros foundation to ease his later years.)
