Its half way through December and we have yet to get above freezing this month. Anytime it gets near 30 degrees we get snow. I know the folks in New England consider this weather as spring like but the midwest has been lucky in the past few years and my body is not use to this.

The only good thing is my new snow plow has been busy and the investment that my wife said was stupid is paying off. Got a great amount of brownie points with plowing my mother-in-law's driveway the first time out.

Got about 8 inches of the white stuff last Thursday, but that didn't stop the bingo crowd from coming to the Legion Hall and putting their money down. Around here, the Christians go to church on Sunday, the Jewish go to Temple on Saturday, and the bingo players go to the Legion Hall on Thursday. Had almost a hundred show up. Weatherman says another 2-4 is headed this way today. You got to love Illinios, why else would anybody live here.
