He is guilty of several things. plagerizing bot art and achedemic work, Absolutely no proveable likes to indian blood so he's lied all these years, as well as giving aid and comfort to the enemy in time of war. I think a long slow death staked out on an ant hill on the west Kansas plains would be about right for that guy.
