That's it, Bob. What you don't see in that overhead line shot at the bottom of the page is the runner plank, attaches at the stern, 11 feet wide with a runner on each end. Sort of a tricycle arrangement.

My lake is about a mile-and-a-half from top to bottom and is too small for this boat; shore comes at you WAY too fast. Great boat, needs big ice; I'm gonna start selling my smaller ones.
