yup and they have the toughest gun laws outside New york. Only the cops and crooks have guns. If all honest citizens were armed,( as lot of us are in Texas) the thugs would think twice before they go about shooting up the neighborhood to celebrate. I went to the range twice this week to give shooting lessons to folks and practice a bit.

Took the 22 cal target pistol and made 3 groups in three different spots to ( all in one large hole) to show a 21 year old that I could teach him marksmanship if he'd listen, Then my old west 44-40 revolver and my Army 45 Auto. He had a ball and learned to shoot properly. The other trip was to take a lady relative from New orleans to show her how to shoot the little 380 automatic that we gave her for christmas. She turned into a fine marksman. In one scenario I had the target moving toward her from about 50 feet away. I told her to take steady aim and stop him and she aimed each round and basically made him a belt with 5 of the shots and the 6th hit square in the family jewels. I asked "why do women do that?" and she said "it was an accident but I bet it would have stopped him". After I stopped laughing I agreed. Now back to my point. Get in the face of gun control freaks and demand your rights. Arm youself and take the chance in court. And vote libertarian or republican until the dems come to their senses and stop trying to disarm the public. IT DOES NOT WORK OR MAKE US SAFE!
