over my Army career, even WAY back when, I had discussions (up to a point, at which I broke it off, and you all likely know when that was) with numerous folks who talked a reasonable game, up to that point, then showed themselves totally full of it.(not that I would claim to "know it all", but these guys were SO FOS.

I've even found them at The Wall. Very disappointing, and even more maddening.
