Shake, as much as I'd like to do Rolling Thunder, for me (us) it is just a crappy ride. First, we've got Noo York City between us and there.

You've got to use either I-95, one of the parkways, or I-84 in CT, then you get around or through NYC somehow, then (if you make it thru Noo York) you've got I-95 again, the Garden State Parkway, and/or the Jersey Tpke on south. About 6 hrs from my place. Doable, but I'd rather ride in some nicer direction if I have a choice. There's just nothing but mostly crapola between here and there, and too much nice stuff West and North of us...

Maybe with the trailer sometime? I'll be working on converting that this year.
