Put me in the loop also Lumpy. Idid retire and have watched the medical benifits erode. Really bad under clinton but still not slowing down under the republicans either. there is a hatchet amn in the pentagon nmaed Dr. chu who was taking away equipment and now he's been moved to personnel. I saw some of the crap he said about retitrees and "Other" drains on the defense budget. He never mentioned lazy do nothing civilians bloating the budget.
