I totally agree. Some of the old NCOs and some Officers are the ones who allowed the Khaki Mafia to flourish. (and it was active in the clubs and exchange on camp holloway.) I stayed in for a 22 year career and like to think I became one of the "fixers". As a colonel said one time "Lord save me from crusaders but..... the army needs men like you."
