Anyway I am in a rebel mode and am trying my best to give CEOs and other outsourcing vermin heart attacks if they think service can be pawned off to the third world. When I get some indian dude named " Dave" I tell him first off that my name is "Bashir" and I need real help. I did call one an superior sounding geek an "Indian Sunovabitch" after I got tired of his canned run around. he hung up LO but I was slamming the phone down too. then a personal aquaitence got me the number of the President of SBC and I called his office and got service. and I told the ones who surveyed ,melater just how upset I was with service being provided by folks who can't speak english understandably. I also said that since they had access to my identy and finiancial info in india,that if anything happened I was going to sue hell out of SBC for not doing due diligence to protet my data. It got real quiet. I will not support them nor lay still for it.
