Shoofly, I've been in for tests the last couple of weeks, colonoscopy, ultrasound and this past Tuesday an Endoscopy. They put you under for these (except the ultrasound). I got done with the Endoscopy, let my head clear, got dressed and was out sitting in the waiting room when the Doctor came out. She stopped and said "I'm glad I caught you before you left, you were in Iraq ?". I was a little dumbfounded because she had no reason to ask me that. I said yes, for the first one. She said, Ah, that explains it... you were talking about it while you were under...
Apparently, she was there as a child in the 80's, her father was an ambassador. We had an interesting discussion. I didn't ask what it was that I said while I was under. She didn't seem offended and I didn't want to know.......
It's a little scary what sits in our minds waiting for an opportunity to come out. Never seems to come out when you want it to either.....
