Hemp is/was for making rope back then and still is. not for smoking. even today it is called Manila and is used for Rope. I concur we are spending way too many resources tracking all who smoke the stuff instead of going after hard drugs and criminals. What say we do like like Singapore. Execute them all.... or reallocate resources and go after the hard drug cartel. and do it right. execute the ones caught with more than a kilo. It would be hard to get mules then. And we could grow rope. and hat material. and take away the cause for a bunch of losers who feel the way to get bush out of power is to use every cause for the left wing. hell we have tons of hemp growing as a war material. Drive by politics sux. Make it legal. Then like I said, anyone with more thasn a kilo gets the ax. Period. We need to secure the borders, get rid of "good smugglers" and try to concentrate on the folks who are trying to bring the country down. Including the ones who chose the communist holiday of May first to " celebrate Illegal immegration". ie THE INVASION! The ones who are for the the re-conquest of the southern USA.
