Third times a charm...... just got of the phone with Baby Huey, told him about th offer Jr got. Well lets see they offered 10% for PTSD (p-3 rating) 10% nerve pain, 20% spinal injury total 40%. They said the removal of the spleen and some of the small intestines was too insignificant for a rating. they didn't rate his ED either.
I told him to laugh in their face and tell them that if I'm only 40% disabled then here's my profile and find me a job. and wait them out. I know he will send more time in the dispensary than doing his job, his profile says lifting nothing heavier than his rifle, no running Jumping, sit and stand as needed. or go to JAG and find out why the Army Drs can't do there job and rate him with ALL the info at hand. I mean they only upped his percent by 5% from the first med board, all they rated was his spinal injury in that board. I think nothing has changed for when we were in, still the same old screw you... anyway this is what we have to-date...
