BT, you going to have a great time in the old cabin. I was up there this weekend, measuring things out to start replacing the porch in June. My brother and I fired up the fireplace for the first time since I bought the place, man it's nice. We could've stayed in there all weekend just watching the wood burn.

I'll have the deck on in June and will probably have the propane, stove and bedroom heaters in place as well. The septic won't be done this year and it may not have water in September but we'll work around that somehow.

The same question keeps popping in my head, "What the hell you doing in NJ.."
